SENSE OF SIGHT (USING OUR EYES)
- the ability of the eyes to see objects around you.
SENSE OF TOUCH (USING OUR HANDS)
-allows you to tell if something is hot or cold, dull or sharp, rough or smooth, wet or dry. Skin is packed with many sense receptors.
SENSE OF SMELL (USING OUR NOSE)
- the ability to smell comes from specialized sensory cells, called olfactory sensory neurons, which are found in a small patch of tissue high inside the nose.
SENSE OF TASTE (USING OUR TONGUE)
- the sensory system that is partially responsible for the perception of taste (flavor).
SENSE OF HEARING (USING OUR EARS)
-is the sense of detecting sound, that is, receiving information about the environment from vibratory movement communicated through a medium such as air, water, or ground.
